Wyneken Memorial Lutheran School was founded in 1969 through an association formed by three Lutheran churches in the Decatur community – Zion, Friedheim; St. John, Bingen; and St. Paul, Preble. Wyneken is named after the Reverend Friedrich Conrad Dietrich Wyneken (a missionary for the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod who traveled the area on horseback as he shared the saving Gospel message of Jesus Christ).   We invite you to visit our congregations and to join us for worship!
